Coaching Approach
Engagements are typically structured in focused cycles, addressing the most important priorities within a 60–90 day window while supporting longer-term development.
Each engagement is tailored to the individual. Sessions are adaptive, and the focus is always on helping the client think clearly and take effective action in real-world situations.
